Hot Jet USA and Power Line Industries went all out on providing top quality hot water jetting equipment, onsite hands on training, and over all experience! Highly recommend and will definitely continue to purchase our Jetting equipment and Total-C drain treatment products in the future.

Recently purchased a Hot Jet II from them and attended the workshop as part of the deal. The entire staff has made the process as smooth as possible. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. Looking forward to utilizing the knowledge gained in the workshop and turning it into profits!

The mining company I work for Recently purchased a HotJett 2 unit from the Riverton Utah business. We are in a very harsh environment over 8000ft elevation and sub zero temps. We are dealing with frozen operation lines. In very difficult terrain the HotJett 2 unit has operated beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this company if it has products that meet your needs. Also Jon and Mo were great in getting me trained and out the door. I can't say enough great things about the performance and service from this company.

If I could post 100STARS IWOULD! This company and every single employee I have come in contact with from HotJet have been truly AMAZING! I met this group when I was looking for a jetter….. but not just any old jetter I needed to really open up some doors in our service area since we have been in business over 36 years locally owned and operated we have serviced almost 700,000 customers in the Bay Area of San Jose… so we needed to turn heads, get people to recognize our old household name being re-vamped really re-born and so I set out to find the latest and greatest, the newest drain cleaning technology available… and of course the biggest the best and the most value available. After 36 years in the business our friends, our colleagues, our customers and even our competition has learned over the years that this is what we do and nothing less!The minute I seen the hot jet ad I KNEW THIS WAS THE ONE. I immediately picked up the phone and called. I explained to the person I was interested in this hot jet 2 and she connected me directly to the owner. He picked up the call and was so pleasant and so helpful that on on that first phone call we made the deal there was no haggling over pricing there was no gameplaying , No switching, no price haggling, It was just straight direct down to business. I will admit I was a bit shocked and thought to myself hmmm “they sound to good to be true”. And they where… 4 weeks later our customer order jetter was available just as promised and we were scheduling to pick it up in Utah as well as attend the invaluable jetter training program. Since we are a larger company and has already sold this jetter before it arrived I called and asked if I can send you additional trainees the month prior to our Jetter being ready just so that we were ready to go and of course as accommodating as ever they made sure it happened. The Jetter training is superior it is everything from how to use the jetter, how to market the Jetter as well as marketing for your business… and lastly to how to sell customers on this equipment…. Which I will say our jetter basically sells its self..the hot water aspect is the entire deal THIS JETTER LITERALLY SELLS ITSELF… All you have to ask the customer is “”what washes better, hot water or cold water” and boom there you go!! I could go on and on about this amazing jetter but really my review was to commend everyone on the hot jet team for making this entire event amazing your team really work amazing with each other and with your costumers over this last year I really do feel as though we became as a family weather it was flying over to attend the training, or calling hot jet and always receiving a very pleasant person on the line, or calling with questions about service and steve setting up a zoom meeting the next day to walk us through the steps again , very patiently, or Chester volunteering to come to our town for additional tech training, this has been a wonderful experience the entire time it’s been over s year since we purchased our jetter and HOT JET 2 and I don’t know how we survived with out it! And again to Don,Moe, Chester and everyone at hot jet…. You guys are the absolute best in THE PLUMBING/JETTING INDUSTRY.

Their VAC & Jet unit is designed with the professional operator in mind and the capacity and features of our unit are far better than any our competition can muster.
